For estates exceeding $184,500 in value. ($2,500)

Spousal Property Petition:

To confirm property passing to surviving spouse. ($575)

Petition to Determine Succession to Real Property Under $184,500:

For real estate not exceeding $184,500 in value at time of death. ($575)

Affidavit Re Real Property Under $61,500:

For real estate not exceeding $61,500 in value at time of death. ($475)

Small Estate Affidavit for Personal Property under $184,500:

For personal property only not exceeding $184,500 in current value. ($145)

Heggstad Petition:

A petition filed with the court for an order declaring that property listed in the Trust is a Trust asset despite the fact that title was not formally transferred to the Trust. ($650)
